Happy Vet visits

Veterinary staff work hard to keep our companion animals happy and healthy. Unfortunately, we can’t easily explain this to the animals. From the animal’s perspective, when they are taken to the veterinary clinic, something painful might happen. The clinic can also be full of the smells of other fearful animals and strong disinfectants. In general, the whole experience can be very frightening.

Animal Progress recognises the need for help and support for patient caregivers who are trying to teach their pets to be comfortable in the veterinary clinic. Bec Hogan is a qualified veterinary nurse who can guide you so that you can help your pet learn to cope in the veterinary clinic.

To book your introductory session with Bec, use the calendar below. As well as introducing you to the programme, the introductory session provides Bec with an opportunity to learn about your individual pet’s problem.
