Arrange a Zoom (telemedicine) appointment
Some owners cannot travel to the specified clinics or have animals who cannot be driven. For those owners, a telemedicine appointment may be necessary.
An initial behaviour consultation usually takes about 2-2.5 hours but can take up to 3 hours, so make sure you have that amount of time available on the day of your appointment.
To book your appointment, use the online booking calendar below. Payment is made at the time you make the booking for it to be secured.
If the date you wanted is crossed out, bookings are not available on that day, either due to it being a non-consulting day for telemedicine, or because all available consultations that day have been booked.
Behaviour is complex and it is influenced by many factors throughout an animal’s life, so completing a detailed questionnaire before the appointment helps you get the most out of your consultation. You can find the questionnaire links at the bottom of this booking page. After you have scheduled your appointment, you will be directed to a page where you can also find the questionnaire links.
Please submit the questionnaire at least 3 days before your appointment. If a questionnaire for the species of animal is not offered, please email admin@animalprogress.com.
You will also be sent a Dropbox folder for video sharing and a Zoom link for the consultation. You will be sent a message about what type of videos are useful. DO NOT encourage any situation that may result in your animal exhibiting aggression.
If you need to cancel your booking up to 2 weeks before the appointment, you will be charged a cancellation fee of $77. If you need to cancel your appointment within the 2 weeks before your scheduled appointment, the cancellation fee is half the consultation fee. If you do not present for the appointment, your money will not be returned to you.
